Joe is back with a new album,titled “Joe Thomas,New Man”,that will be released via his new home label,Kedar Entertainment,on Tuesday (September 23, 2008).The album is pretty decent,but I am not really seeing anything new about it,besides the title track “New Man”.This is the same old Joe who has been on the R&B music scene,for over a decade now.The album title is slightly misleading,but the final product is good.”We Need to Roll”,”Man In Your Life” and “New Man” are standout cuts on this one.Overall good record,but not a game nor career changer.I will give “Joe Thomas,New Man” a 3/5.
